TECHNICAL INFORMATION

What to bring with you:
- sleeping bag and pillowcase,
- hat and scarves,
- field clothes (long trausers, schorts, T-shirts, old shoes),
- raincoat,
- trowels,
- sun milk (minimal SPF 20),
- flashlight,
- personal medicines,
- personal notebooks, pens, pencils
- pocket money.

Board & Room:
Boarding the participants is planned to be in a dormitory room, or in tents nearby the dormitories. SSA provides mattresses, so participants should carry their own sleeping bags and pillowcases. We also provide daily supply of food: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack. We offer you national cuisine, made by professional cook, quantity of food is not restricted. Special diet needs should be arranged, too. Nearby the lodging object a mini-market exists. We also provide basic medical protection (for high temperature, stomachakes, cold, cuts...) - all for free. In any case of more serious health problems we provide transport and contacts with medical institution in the city of Valjevo.

Transportation:
SSA will cover the cost of participants’ travel expenses from Belgrade to Bukovac and back in this terms:
June, 30 and July, 14. Participants are expected to cover all other travel expenses themselves.

Beggining of fieldwork - 07.00

Coffee-break - 13.00
Return to camp - 14.00

Workshops, work with material, lectures - 18.00-20.30
